Wildlife Ecology Unit
WELCOME!
The Terrestrial Wildlife Ecology Unit is part of the Watershed, Fish, Wildlife, Air, and Rare Plants staff of the USDA Forest Service. Wildlife ecologists at national and regional levels develop or disseminate much of the technical information used by the Forest Service for managing animal habitats within the National Forest system.
Keep informed about current topics:
- Ecology Info - a variety of materials useful to wildlife biologists and ecologists.
- Meetings and Symposia - sponsored by a variety of organizations and professional societies.
- Contact information for national and regional wildlife ecologists, as well as a host of links to related sites.
We hope you find this site useful and informative.
