Extend your stay on the Dixie National Forest by camping at one of the campgrounds, dispersed camping, or staying in a historic guard station. Several campgrounds are located near lakes and reservoirs and have boating and fishing opportunities. Many recreation opportunities are available near campgrounds such as trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
There are also trails and primitive roads that are open to ATV and motorcycle riding. Many campgrounds are located on or near designated scenic byways and backways, and several are within short drives of Bryce Canyon National Park and Cedar Breaks National Monument.
Can I use my Interagency Access Pass & Senior Pass?
- The Interagency Access Pass and the Interagency Senior Pass provide you with a 50% discount on certain fees. It does not apply to fees for cabins, lookouts, group facilities, Pine Valley Recreation Area or to amenities such as electricity, water, sewer or other fees charged for prime sites.
- You cannot use the America the Beautiful Annual Pass or any other pass for a discount.
- The pass owner must be present AND occupy the site for the discount to apply. You may only use the pass discount for one site at a time.
