The Pine Valley Wildfire Crisis Strategy Landscape was announced in 2022, reducing wildfire risk to critical infrastructure, watershed health, communities, public and private lands, and natural and wildlife resources. 

The Landscape spans across approximately 400,000 acres, including 250,000 acres of National Forest System lands.
