Districts

The Bitterroot National Forest system lands are administered by a Supervisor's Office, located in Hamilton, MT, and four Ranger Districts each led by a District Ranger.  The Ranger Districts include the Stevensville, Darby, Sula, and West Fork.

Spotlights

Stevensville Ranger District

The most northern Ranger District in the Bitterroot National Forest. 

Darby Ranger District

Centrally located and the second largest Ranger District in the Bitterroot National Forest.  

 




Sula Ranger District

The most southeastern and third largest Ranger District in the Bitterroot National Forest.

West Fork Ranger District

The most southwestern and largest Ranger District located on the Bitterroot National Forest.
