Contracting

National Forests in Mississippi are substantial contributors to the economies of local communities through contracting with businesses for the procurement and acquisition of goods and services.

1. Doing Business with the Forest Service provides information about the Forest Service contracting program.
2. A listing of future projects can be found on the USDA’s Procurement Forecast Website.  Make sure to click "filter," and select “Forest Service” under "Organization."
3. The Federal Business Opportunities website is where commercial vendors may search and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community, including the Forest Service.
