Sam Billings Memorial Campground

Sam Billings Memorial Campground is located off of the West Fork Rd and consists of 12 campsites complete with picnic tables, and fire rings. There is also a large area ideal for group activities. Three vault toilets are located throughout the campground.  Campground can accommodate RV's or trailers to 30 feet.

General Information

Boulder Creek Horse Camp is located nearby and provides for stock facilities and 5 campsites.

Open 24 hours/day

Camping limited to 16 consecutive days.  Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.  Pets must be leashed.  

No fees are required for this site

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $10/night.
Additional Vehicle: $5/night.
Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount to Single Campsites ONLY.
*The discount applies only to the fee for the campsite physically occupied by the pass holder, not to any additional fee or campsite(s) occupied by members of the pass holder's party.*

Please be prepared to pay with CASH or CHECK.

Directions

From Darby, MT head south on Highway 93 for 4.3 miles. Turn southwest (right) onto West Fork Rd. Travel 13.2 miles and turn north (right) onto Sam Billings Rd FS 5731. Travel 0.8 miles to the campground.
