Rock Creek Trail # 580

The Rock Creek trail is 11.6 miles long. It begins at the Rock Creek Horse Camp/Trailhead and ends at the Idaho State Line. This is an easy trail for stock, mountain bikers and hikers. Trail #580 joins with Trail #502 (stock is not permitted on Trail #502) at the west end of Lake Como. There is a stock bridge at the west end of the lake that is a great place to see Rock Creek Falls.  The trail is popular for hikers, mountain bikes and horseback. The Selway Bitterroot Wilderness boundary is located approximately 1/2 mile beyond the lake. (Motorized, wheeled and mechanized use prohibited in wilderness areas)
