Sleeping Child Trail # 105
The Sleeping Child Trail #105 is 11.5 miles long. It begins at Road 372.1 and ends at the Skalkaho Rye Road #75.
This is an easy hike along the creek with diverse vegetation and wonderful photographic opportunities. This area was burned in the fires of 2000 showing natural fire processes and large areas of erosion. If you would like to hike a strenuous loop, continue on Trail #160 with a moderate climb for 2.5 miles. This trail ties into Trail #161 which turns west for about 6 miles tying back into Trail #105. This loop is approximately 15 miles.
There is limited parking located just past the Sleeping Child Creek Bridge on the side of the road.
The trail is open for the following uses: Horseback Riding and Hiking.
