Location Summary:
The Rand Creek Project is located west of the Flathead Valley, about 16 miles west of Kalispell Montana and just north of Little Bitterroot Lake. It includes Ashley Lake, Ashley Peak, Lupine Lake, and the upper reaches of Griffin Creek. It is roughly bounded on the west by the Forest boundary, on the north and east by watershed boundaries for Lefthand Creek, Upper Griffin Creek, and Ashley Lake watersheds, and on the south by topographic features.
