Island Unit Trail System Additions Project
After careful consideration of the Purpose and Need objectives, issues identified, public comments received, and the potential impacts of the management activities analyzed in the Island Unit Trail System Additions Project Environmental Assessment (EA) issued in February 2012, I have decided to implement Alternative C. Alternative C authorizes the designation and construction of motorized trails on Kerr Mountain and in the Truman Creek drainage, and two new non-motorized trails.
