Smeads Bench Trail #1077 follows Smeads Creek up to Loveland Peak Trail #1070.The trail crosses Smeads Creek but the crossing is easily negotiated.
Current Conditions
Smeads Bench Trail #1077 is a Trail Class 3 trail. The trail tread and corridor will be very well defined and visible. The trail is scheduled to be cleared every three years. Please check the <a href="http://www.fs.usda.gov/activity/kootenai/recreation/hiking">current trail report</a> or contact Cabinet Ranger Station for current trail conditions.

- Motorized vehicles: Smeads Bench Trail #1077 is open to motorcycles.
