Rio Grande National Forest
Establishes Speed Limit on Park Creek Road


Pursuant to Title 16 USC 551, and 36 C~~e of Federal Regulations 26l.50(b), the following is prohibited:
Operating any motor vehicle in excess of 25 miles per hour on the Park Creek Road, FDR No. 380, from U.S. Highway 160 to the junction of FDR No. 330 and 380, and then along FDR 330 to Summitville, Colorado, U.S. Rio Grande National Forest. 36 CFR 26l.54(d).


The purpose of this order is for the protection of public health and safety.


Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempted from the order:


(4) Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.


This order becomes effective March 14,1994, and remains in effect until rescinded.
