CE - Offroad Recovery Special Use Permit
The proposed action is to issue a new special use permit to Offroad Recovery Service, LLC. This proposed permit will allow for use and occupancy of approved OHV routes on the Divide District for the purpose of retrieving abandoned or disabled OHVs.
