Fuels - Aspen Forest Health Project
Proposed timber harvest, hydromowing and Rx burning to regenerate aspen stands. Stands affected by Sudden Aspen Decline will be targeted to regenerate young, disease resistant stands. Dying aspen will be harvested for wood fiber for local mills. Decision reached July 2, 2009.
