Recreation - Kilpacker Basin Trail
A decision was signed on May 7th to designate a user-created non-motorized trail that is popular by hikers who wish to summit El Diente and Mount Wilson, and to construct a new segment of this trail to provide a more sustainable location that minimizes resource damage.
