Harkey Tank Dip Site Creation
Renovate Harkey Tank by installing liner and geo-textile fabric in existing basin of stockpond. Use a trackhoe to shape basin and prepare bed for new liner. Construct fence around tank, add storage tanks and livestock trough outside fence.
