APS Gray Wolf/Waste Management 12 kV power line.
The Forest Service is proposing to issue a permit to Arizona Public Service to install an underground power line to supply the Gray Wolf Regional Landfill. This underground power line will be within an ADOT right-of-way for State Highway 169.
