With high levels of recreation users, extreme wildfire danger, and diverse landscapes, the Tonto National Forest has a crucial job managing natural resources that flourish for generations to come.  Its resource management program encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at sustainably maintaining the health, diversity, and productivity of forest ecosystems.

Water, Air and Soil
