Tonto National Forest is preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) to disclose environmental effects of a mine plan of operations (MPO) submitted by Pinto Valley Mining Corp. (PVMC) and any necessary amendments to the Tonto National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan. In compliance with 36 CFR 220.3, basic NEPA information such as scoping notification; draft EIS, final EIS, etc...will be posted here.
