The proposed action is to issue a Special Use Permit for the installation of an approximately 79.3-mile-long Cable One fiber optic cable from Payson to Show Low in Gila, Coconino, and Navajo counties, Arizona, roughly paralleling State Route 260. The proposed action crosses both Tonto National Forest?the Payson and Pleasantville Ranger Districts?and Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest?Black Mesa and Lakeside Ranger Districts.
