Bluff Spring

Bluff Springs is a heavily-used trail that is steep and rocky in spots as it climbs into the Superstition Wilderness from the Peralta TH. This route provides access to numerus trails in the wilderness but is probably most utilized as part of the Miners Needle Loop by utilizing Dutchmans Trail #104 combined mileage of roughly 10 miles.

General Information

4 Mile one-way primitive wilderness trail. 

Use of any mechanized or motorized travel is prohibited on this trail. No more than 15 people are allowed to be in a group. No more than 15 head of livestock are allowed in a group.

From Apache Junction, take US-60 East to Peralta Road. Head North-East on Peralta Road 7.5 miles before reaching the trailhead.
