Location Summary:
The upper section of pipeline is below the Oaks Park Dam, accessed via Forest Service Road (FSR) 025 off the north end of the Red Cloud Loop. The lower section of pipeline is at Grasshopper Flat, west of FSR 044 (the Taylor Mountain Road). The project area is on the Vernal Ranger District in Uintah County, Utah.
