From Vernal, Utah: Follow Hwy 191 North from Vernal for approximately 34.8 miles to Greendale Junction and continue straight on Hwy 44 North for an additional 3.4 Miles. Turn Right on Red Canyon Road (Forest Road 95) and follow this road for 1.4 miles. West Greens Lake Fishing Area will be on your left hand side.
