Badger Creek Loop

This loop goes past hoodoos and mixed conifer forests to reach the top of the Paunsaugunt plateau where you can overlook the community of Hatch. There will be birds-eye views of brilliantly colored cliffs and hoodoos. This loop includes a section for vehicles that are 50 inches or less.

Directions

Access this loop by turning right from SR 12 onto East Fork road No.087, drive about 7 miles to road No.572. Turn right on this road and drive around the reservoir. Park your vehicle in the Tropic Reservoir Trailhead. 

Parking

Parking is available in the Tropic Reservoir Parking area. There is a loading ramp available along with Vault toilet.
