MWTC Fuels Reduction and Aspen Enhancement Project
USFS proposal to (1) reduce fuels, restore natural fire regimes in conifer stands, create diversity within brush fields (660 acres); (2) restore/enhance aspen stands (450 acres). Treatments would include prescribed fire and fuelwood/mechanical conifer removal.
