Columbine Campground

Columbine is a small, rustic campground in an open setting located along Steward Creek on the west side of the Toiyabe Range. This campground is located adjacent to the Columbine Trailhead, which provides direct access to the Arc Dome Wilderness and the Toiyabe Crest National Recreation Trail.

Directions

Columbine Campground is located west of Austin. The elevation is 8,500 feet.

1. Follow US 50 one mile west of Austin to State Route 722.

2. Turn left, continue on 722 for seven miles to Route 21's junction, and turn left.

3. Take Route 21 to the Yomba Indian Reservation, and turn left on to Forest Service Road 119 for 10 miles.
