Dry Canyon Trail #003

The trail starts at the gate and follows a creek bed up the canyon. After about a half mile the trail forks. the left is Dry Canyon Trail. The trail slopes gently up through scrub oak, aspen, cottonwood, and Douglas Fir. Plants include wild rose, chokecherry, scarlet gilia, penstemon, blue bells, and mule ears.

Getting There

Directions

Access: From I-15 take the Springville Exit 260. From Springville Main Street, turn east on 400 South. Drive up the Hobble Creek road approximately 10.6 miles beyond the end of 400 South, making sure to take the Right Fork. Park at the Dry Creek Picnic Area, the trailhead is a little beyond a fenced corral area.
