General Information
Day use only except with a valid overnight Desolation Wilderness Permit.
Campfires are NOT allowed anywhere in the Desolation Wilderness. The Campfire permit covers your camp stove and lanterns and must be carried to use an “on and off” switch style gas camp stove.
All entry into the Desolation Wilderness requires a Wilderness Permit
