Skamania County Public Utility District Undergrounding Special Use Authorization
The Forest service proposes to issue Skamania County Public Utility District a special use permit authorizing the undergrounding of several hundred feet of overhead powerline at Mt. Zion to improve system resiliency and reduce wildlife potential.
