    Possessing a beverage, which is defined as an alcoholic beverage by State law, by any
    person under 21 years of age is prohibited. 36 CFR § 261.58(bb)
    Providing or selling a beverage, which is defined as an alcoholic beverage by State law, to
    any person under 21 years of age is prohibited. 36 CFR § 261.58(bb)
    Possessing an open container containing an alcoholic beverage (as defined by State law) in
    a motor vehicle or off-highway vehicle in violation of State, county, or local law or
    ordinance is prohibited. 36 CFR § 261.58(bb
