Darnell Shooting Range
The Darnell Shooting Range is a very basic range with few developed facilities. There are 2 shooting benches but you must supply your own target structures on which to post your targets. The maximum target distance is 100 yards. No other distances are marked. Road conditions do not accommodate low-clearance vehicle such as a typical passenger sedan.

From Clayton go north on 441 for 5 miles. Turn right at Rabun Gap Post Office (Kelly Creek Road). Go 1 mile and turn right on Darnell Creek Road. Follow road for 4 miles to firing range. Map it.
