Scioto Shooting Range
Cleanup and repair work is completed. A tremendous amount of trash and debris was left at the range and there was considerable damage to the facility.
Scioto Shooting Range is located a short distance off TN 107. Shooting targets are available for target practice at 25, 50, 100, and 150 yards. Users need to supply their own paper targets and mounting clips.
General Information
Open from sunrise to sunset.
Ranges are open only during daylight hours, Alcoholic beverage are prohibited, Keep the bolt or action open to and from the firing line and at times when not actually firing,
Use walkway to go down range, Keep all weapons pointed down range and shoot within the limits of the range and toward the impact embankment, Do not discharge weapons when other shooters are down range, Do not shoot at glass targets, Do not shoot at target posts and line markers, Armor-piercing or trace ammunition are not allowed on range, Skeet shooting, explosives (including tannerite), electronic equipment, lumber, bottles, cans, and other household items are not allowed.
Fee is $2 per vehicle per day.

From Unicoi: Drive east on 107 for approximately 1 mile, turn left on Scioto Creek Road, drive approximately 1 mile, turn right on NFSR 53571. Road dead ends at Scioto Range.
