AEP South Bluefield-Wythe 88 kV Transmission Line Rebuild
Remove towers along existing 88 kV line across Rich Mountain and collocate next to existing 765 kV line across Rich Mtn. Connect to existing 88 kV and rebuild line there for remaining corridor. New line will be 138 kV.
