Although administratively combined with one Supervisor's Office in Roanoke, Virginia, the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests each have individual land and resource management plans, also called forest plans. The Jefferson National Forest Plan was revised in 2004. The George Washington National Forest Plan was revised in 2014.
