The proposal would provide 2: 12-foot lanes and 2: 4-foot paved shoulders, a section for truck-climbing and several areas of curve widening on Route 33 in Rockingham Co, VA. The total proposed permit is 17 acres w/ up to 5 acres of ground disturbance
