This proposal is to replace four existing 40%u2019 guyed communication towers with one 50%u2019 freestanding walk-up communication tower.

Rocky Mountain Communication Site -Coming from Alto, VA travel on State Route 634 toward Trout Cove Trail for almost 4 miles then turn left onto Wiggins Spring Road and go for 1.7 miles to the site.
