Appalachian RD Recreation Realignment
The proposed action is to close out/remove some or all of the recreation improvements at 3 sites; Spivey Gap, Elk Falls, and Corner Rock. Cold Springs site would be mainatined by a volunteer association and would be decommisisoned if said mtc ends.
