Sutton Bluff ATV 4 & 14 Trailhead
This trailhead functions as a staging area for OHVs for the Sutton Bluff Trail system.
The Sutton Bluff ATV, UTV, and Motorcycle Area is located within the rugged river breaks of the West Fork of the Black River. The segmented trails are accessed via county roads and Forest Service system roads, and total approximately 45 miles. There are varying levels of difficulty over each segment, following forested ridge tops and crossing deep hollows. State regulations apply on all vehicles using public roads. Trail use permits are required and are for ATVs, UTVs and motorcycles only. No ATVs, UTVs or equipment greater than 50 inches in width are permitted on trails.
Camping, including OHV camping is available at the nearby campground in Sutton Bluff Recreation Area.
- Trail 17 is closed due to storm damage from our most recent round of storms. We aren’t sure how long this trail will be closed.
