Abstract:
This package includes the input files for the LANDIS-II Forest Landscape Model that were used to produce the results reported in the research paper published in Ecosphere "Beyond blight: Phytophthora root rot under climate change limits populations of reintroduced American chestnut" (Gustafson et al. 2022). These supplemental materials include input parameter files as well as additional files such as code descriptions, raster images, etc. that were used in the simulations of the Green Ridge State Forest and Savage River State Forest study areas in Maryland.
