Current Conditions: Effective June 22, 2020, Long Bottom Ford is open to camping.
Restrictions: Saddle, pack and draft animals are not permitted at any campsite except Riley Moore Ford and Tamassee Camps. Waterfalls can be very dangerous! Do not climb on the rocks surrounding the falls.
Information Center: Primitive campsites are typically sites within the forest that have been designated for use based on desirable location. Most primitive sites have no amenities such as toilets or picnic tables.

General Information

Directions: Approximately seven miles NW of the Stumphouse Ranger Station. Turn left off Hwy.28 onto Low Water Bridge Road. Campsite is .5 miles on left.
