Line Officers and District Resource Specialists

Other district employees do not have direct contract authority, but they may serve as resource advisors to the COR and CO. The forest supervisor and the district ranger play important roles in planning and implementing projects, but they will not be dealing directly with the contractor. District and forest resource specialists provide advice on project implementation.
