Performance Assessment

An important aspect of contract administration is providing feedback to the CO on the quality of the work performed by the contractor. As a customer, did the USDA Forest Service get the service the agency contracted for? While the contractor may have received full pay for the work, some trees may have been planted late and others may have been stashed somewhere instead of being planted. Other problems may have arisen that the CO should consider if the contractor bids on additional contracts. Use the procedure established on your forest to document the quality of the contractor's work.
