Camping and Cabins in the Bighorns

Camping & Cabins

The Bighorn National Forest offers a wide array of sites for camping and recreational cabin rentals. Many camp sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis and some may be reserved. If a site is reserved, there will be a sign posted with the reservation dates. If there is no reservation, there will be no sign or an open sign.

Campground and cabin reservations may be made through Recreation.gov at 1-877-444-6777 or online at https://www.recreation.gov. Reservations are recommended for holiday weekends.

Most campgrounds are available for reservations six months in advance of their opening date. Please check https://www.recreation.gov for specific opening dates.
