Forest Closures and Advisories

Closures and alerts on the Apalachicola, Ocala and Osceola National Forests and the Florida National Scenic Trail can happen quickly because of fire, inclement weather or other dangerous conditions. Information is often updated quickly on Facebook and Twitter.

Food Storage Restriction Order 2009-01

Supervisor's Order 2009-01 regarding proper food storage in all National Forests in Florida to discourage bears raiding campgrounds and other potential food sources.
