Possession of Alcoholic Beverages Pursuant to Title 36 CFR 261.S0(a) and (b), the following act is prohibited within the described areas:
Possession of an alcoholic beverage. (36 CFR 261.58(bb))

- Springhill Motorcycle Trailhead Leon Sinks Recreation Area
- Trout Pond Recreation Area

OCALA NATIONAL FOREST
- Alexander Springs Recreation Area- Day Use Area Only
- Blue Sink Recreation Area - Day Use Area Only

Possessio1;1 of an alcoholic beverage. (36 CFR 261.SS(bb)) Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. 261.S0(e) the following persons are exempt from the above Prohibitions:
1. Persons with a permit specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or omission.
2. Any Federal, State, of local officer, or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance of their official duty.
This Order is effective the 3rd day of February, 2014, and will remain in effect until terminated by appropriate authorized personnel.
These prohibitions are in addition to the general prohibitions in 36 CFR Part 261, Subpart A. Executed in Tallahassee, Florida, this 3rd day of February, 2014.

Violations of the above prohibition set forth, are punishable by fine of not more than $5,000 for an individual and $10,000 for an organization, or imprisonment for not more than (6) six months, or both. (16 U.S.C. 551 and 18 U.S.C. 3559 and 3571).
