Snowshoe with a Ranger!

Ranger-led snowshoe walks at Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass can be made now at discovernw.org/store by selecting Snowshoe Walks.

Thinking about getting outdoors more often this winter? Looking for an opportunity to learn how to snowshoe? This winter’s your chance! Come explore your National Forests by joining a ranger-led interpretive snowshoe walk starting at Stevens Pass, Snoqualmie Pass, Glacier/Mt. Baker and the Big Four Picnic Area.

From family-friendly snowshoe hikes through beautiful old-growth forest to intense treks into the backcountry, the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest Snowshoe Program offers opportunities for visitors of all ages and experience levels to enjoy the outdoors this winter. Snowshoes are provided for all walks.

Reservations for ranger-led snowshoe walks at Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass can be made now at discovernw.org/store by selecting Snowshoe Walks. For snowshoeing opportunities at other locations, such as Big Four Ice Caves, check back in January once dates have been confirmed to make a reservation.

The 2020 season will operate Fridays through Sundays from January 3 through March 29 (depending on location). Donations to Discover Your Northwest are requested to offset program costs.

Grab your coat and mittens — we’ll see you in the snow!
