Square Mountain Road 444 Delays and Truck Traffic

On July 7, 2025, road work will begin on Square Mountain Road NFSR 444, from its junction with the Grangeville Salmon Road, NFSR 221 eastward to approximately milepost 6.20.  Motorists can expect heavy truck traffic from the Adams Camp Pit along Road 221 and along Road 444 between milepost 0.00 and 6.20. In addition to the truck traffic, delays should be expected on the 444. 

Construction activity is expected to last a few weeks during July 2025.
