Buckhorn Salvage
The purpose of the proposed project is to recover the economic value of trees killed or dying as a result of the 2007 Poe-Cabin wildfire. Dead and dying trees burned by the fire have an economic value now, but that value depreciates rapidly. Trees in this project area should be logged before wood product quality declines.
