Three Links Creek Bridge Replacement
The proposed action of the Three Links Bridge replacement would use a helicopter and external sling load to fly in all bridge materials and position the bridge stringers on the existing abutments. Bridge materials (decking, curbs and running boards) will consist of treated wood and stringers will be treated logs or "glu-lam" beams. The use of treated materials will increase the longevity of the bridge, minimizing the need for future maintenance and wilderness intrusions.
