Spring road closures on Powder River Ranger District

Annual road closures are in effect to prevent road damage during spring thaw on the Powder River Ranger District.  Refer to the Motor Vehicle Use Map for a list of roads that are seasonally closed.  https://fs.usda.gov/r02/bighorn/r02/bighorn/maps-guides/motor-vehicle-use-map. Closure gates will be opened by mid-June or earlier depending on conditions. As a reminder, please avoid parking in front of a closed gate.
